Digital Advertising Account Manager
Lavery Rowe Advertising is a full-service advertising agency based in London SE1 with nearly 40 years’ expertise in creating, producing and placing press ads within national newspapers and consumer magazines. We place approximately 11,000 press ads p.a. We also have a growing TV advertising division.
Owing to continued development & expansion we are looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Account Manager to lead in developing our digital services to clients.
We have an active client base of approximately 100 B2C companies, most selling direct to consumers via press or TV ads featuring direct calls to action; our clients take orders via telephone, coupon and their websites.
Our new digital services division will be focused on maximising ROI / profitability of consumers responding to ads via the clients’ web sites. We will do this by offering the following digital services, some in-house, some via 3rd party agency relationships, dependent on the skill set and experience of the successful applicant:
- Search – SEO
- Search – PPC
- Display – Retargeting
- Native – working with partner publishers
- Social – Facebook, Instagram
- 3rd party sales channels – Amazon
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing 3rd party digital agency partnerships, identifying digital marketing opportunities for clients that will contribute a positive ROI and managing the implementation of the agreed digital strategy for individual clients.
It is our aim to quickly build this digital division and the Digital Advertising Account Manager would be responsible for spearheading this growth, building and managing their own team as and when appropriate.
Mostly likely educated to degree level though this is not an absolute pre-requisite.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- Detailed working knowledge and direct experience of at least 2 of the digital disciplines listed above
- A thorough understanding of all of the digital disciplines listed above
- An understanding of direct marketing / direct sales and direct ROI
- Client facing experience
- The ability to present digital opportunities to clients clearly and succinctly
- Experience of building, managing a team
- Entrepreneurial sprit
